Mount Caccia, one of the highest points of Alta Murgia, shows itself in this image in its spring attire. The fields at the foot of the relief are dotted with red poppies that create spots of vivid color in the green of the meadows. The telecommunications antennas on the left testify to the strategic importance of this height. The sky, dominated by imposing cumulus clouds, adds drama to the scene. Mount Caccia, which reaches 680 meters in altitude, offers on clear days a view that ranges from the Gulf of Manfredonia to Vulture, embracing much of the Murge Plateau.
