The road leading to Palazzo San Gervasio crosses a landscape of hills that gently slope towards the valley. The fields, a mosaic of colors ranging from green to golden, show the different phases of the agricultural cycle. Some plots still retain ripe wheat, others have already been harvested revealing ochre-colored stubble. Palazzo San Gervasio, an ancient Lucanian center famous for wine production, is located in a privileged position overlooking this corner of the Murge Plateau. The scattered clouds in the sky create plays of light and shadow that enliven the landscape.
