Between the walls of memory at Risiera

The imposing entrance corridor of Risiera di San Sabba, flanked by tall reinforced concrete walls designed by architect Romano Boico. These walls symbolize oppression and guide visitors toward the place of memory. At the end, the historic red brick rice mill building can be glimpsed.
