The palms of Pietragalla are a rare example of rock architecture. With more than 200 stone structures distributed on different levels, these palms were used for the production of wine, highlighting the ingenuity of the local winemakers. They were used for the pressing and fermentation of the must, representing a precious testimony of the peasant tradition of the area.
